Shipping Service:  Sassy Designer Decals are sent via US Postal Service first class mail or UPS   service to your home or business. (or valued friend or family member’s home - great choice - excellent gift!)

 Your new decals generally leave our facility in 1-3 business days from when the order is placed.  At that point it will be in transit to your home.  Please allow 4-8 business days for shipping in the continental US.  Please understand that we get them out to you as soon as we can, because we know you are excited to decorate your space with your new Sassy Designer Decals. 

We currently ship to the US and Canada.

Return Policy:  Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs within 30 days of receiving product.  Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your Sassy Designer Decals.  We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.  We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern.
